DEPOSIT POLICY

Reservations are held with a 50% deposit. Balance of rental, plus a $500.00 refundable security/damage deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival. The Security Deposit is refundable within 30 days after the rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit will be refunded, less 10% administrative cost, if cancellation is made 45 days before arrival date. Within 45 days of arrival rental cost is not refundable except on a prorated basis if Villa can be rebooked for any of the reserved time.
